The People's Declaration
Of Independence From
The Corporation
Known As
State Of North Dakota 

	In the Name of the Almighty God of Heaven above, We the People of the Republic of North Dakota, with firm reliance on the Declaration of Independence of July 4th, 1776 for guidance, do hereby assert our claim of independence from the State of North Dakota for many reasons, which shall be extensively listed below. For many years, we have watched as our freedoms are downtrodden and usurped, one after another. Day after day. Week after week. Year in and year out. Enough. In honor of the Declaration of Independence of 1776, 

	“WHEN in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
	We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed,—That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.—Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.”

	Due to the malice of forethought and practice on behalf of the government we created in the Constitution for the united States of America of 1787 and the Constitution of North Dakota, we have been deprived of our right to a Republican form of government in accordance with Article Four, Section Four of the Constitution for the united States of America, and we make the following statements:

We are intentionally deprived of our common law right to redress of grievances in any venue within the State due to those venues operating on a code-based system contradictory to common law guaranteed by the Republican form of government demanded in Article Four, Section Four of the Constitution for the united States of America;
We are intentionally subjected to enforcement of rules, codes, statutes and ordinances, which are not law and have not lawfully been passed, in direct violation of the Constitution of the united States of America, Article One, Section One, and Article One, Section Nine;
The U.S. Government and that of all States have utterly refused the superior authority of common law and the will of the People with regard to the rule or making of Law;
We are accused of and prosecuted for victimless crimes;
We are subject to unreasonable punishments for those victimless crimes;
We watch as many people, accused of heinous crimes, are let go without regard to the danger they pose in the community;
We watch as these same criminals are protected by law enforcement, the legal system and the courts;
We watch misapplication or no application of justice against any government official implicated or evidenced in any unlawful dealing, rather it is more common to see them promoted to higher Offices;
We are harassed by those entrusted to enforce laws, frequently by government officials whom we have spoken out against. This is done publically as well as privately;
Our private communications are recorded, archived and turned over at will to whatever agency wants them, frequently without a warrant in-hand. The People this is perpetrated against are not made aware of the warrant, or the seizure as evidence, in violation of the Fourth and Fifth Amendments of the Constitution of the united States of America. It was never made lawful that our conversations, texts or any other form of communication could be collected or archived at all;
All of our rights protected by the Constitution and its first thirteen amendments as originally ratified prior to 1860 are repeatedly violated: Established religion by the enforcement of atheistic and non-theistic principles, censorship of free speech, censorship of free press, the arrest of the People at will and without reason for assembling peacefully who do not obtain permits, refusing to answer our petitions for redress of grievance, repeated attempts to remove or decimate our right to keep and bear arms, keeping us under constant war since 1861 in order to maintain standing armies forbidden in Article One of the Constitution, repeated violations of our Fourth Amendment protected right to privacy, leading to millions of people being falsely accused, imprisoned and even executed, every line of Article Five has been thousands of times, the most egregious of which is eminent domain, in direct violation of the Declaration of Independence demand for the respect of Life, Liberty and Pursuit of happiness as well as the Article Five forbiddance. “Without just compensation” means if they say no, the sale and access are forbidden, regardless of purpose. There is no government override. There are too many more to detail.
We are intentionally deprived of being able to elect or vote in areas designated for voting;
We are intentionally deprived of voting accessibility by way of votes on certain topics only being accepted at certain locations;
We are intentionally deprived of confidence in our elections due to not being able to audit or even ask about our elections;
We watch as our elections are tampered with from within the state as well as by national and foreign sources;
We have seen where ballots are accepted from people who have been dead for over ten years and that votes are being accepted from those who neither live permanently within the borders of North Dakota or even the united States of America and thus are not entitled to concern or opinion with regard to our system of laws.
We are intentionally deprived of access to enter or audit our public schools for content and curriculum;
We are forced to pay taxes at an ever-climbing rate which we never agreed to on everything we buy from food to land, cars, trucks, equipment and more;
We are told that taxes, licenses, etc are mandatory when in fact, they are voluntary, and as such, are not lawfully required for anything as the permission for such imposition of our freedoms was never granted in the Constitution for the united States of America;
We are intentionally deprived of knowledge of where the monies from the forced taxation of the People is being spent, locally or state-wide, without the intervention of unreasonable external force (Freedom Of Information Act requests) then having items redacted within those requests;
We are subjected to minimum pricing to be set by a government that does not feel the pain of minimal income in the name of price protection;
We are subjected to rather than protected from “supply and demand” pricing on products that cost the same to make in high demand as they do in average demand;
Our people, pets, livestock and wildlife are poisoned by additives to the food and drink, toxins are dumped all around us on land, in our rivers and lakes, openly disposed of in the worlds' oceans, the effects of which have killed millions;
We are intentionally subject to an unreasonable invasion of people foreign to the united States of America, against our objections, who we do not know, and who are now perpetrating crimes against We the People;
Full faith and credit is not given to laws and acts of other states as demanded by the Constitution for the united States of America, Article Four, Section One, nor is credit or even heed given with respect of opinions of the Supreme Court of the united States of America, the ultimate legal authority, created in the same Constitution in Article Three;
Instead, we have had imposed upon us, a free People, who only empowered this form of government with certain authority to oversee certain aspects as they pertained to multiple People, counties or other bodies within the land known as the State of North Dakota, a court system which deprives them of every conceivable right at every angle;
As a whole, the government of the State of North Dakota has failed to recognize common law and the supreme authority of the People; rather, they have fomented the acts of the United States Government by way of usurpation and reversed the possession of authority with regard to the Constitution of the united States of America;
 We are forced to stand aside as our children are encouraged to change from their assigned sex at birth, on the demonic idea that by doing so, they can become something other than an abomination to the Almighty God in Heaven who created them;
We are repeatedly pursued against legally, verbally and in every other way in the attempt to force the acceptance of things unnatural
Our children are deliberately not taught punctuation, spelling, phonics sentence/paragraph construction, or many other necessary literary schoolings, and are even taught to deliberately misuse or mis-define words as slang terms;
We are deliberately not taught the importance of capitalization in the forming of words to give them correct stature in writings, nor are we taught that using initials is a misnomer, or that full capitalization in regards to our Christian names is defined in the Government Printing Office Manual of Styles 2016 as naming a corporation;
We are not taught that a margin-to-margin line nullifies everything above the line, presenting only the wording below that line for consideration, or that the use of boxes on government and other forms takes everything written in those boxes out the equation;
Math itself is deliberately not taught in such manner as the average student can intelligibly count back money handed to them: to such a point that, if asked to count the money back, they are utterly confused and cannot comply;
We are forced to watch as our young are turned into activists for causes, which they are too young, immature and unknowledgable to understand the lasting impacts of. If parents say anything to the contrary of the government or school opinion, they are investigated and frequently, prosecuted.
We are forced to the watch extortion of students and parents to gain power over anything from individual people to other school districts and to influence how each district conducts its business, including the manipulation of employees, vendors, teachers, aides, and even other management for unknown reasons. When we try to inquire about these reasons, we are prosecuted, thrown out of public meetings, arrested, threatened and worse;
We are deprived of true and complete possession of our children, at random, by whatever state agency or other entity who decides to act against us through the false application of the Doctrine of Parens Patraie and En Loco Parentis;
We are harassed, abused, threatened, slandered, defamed, assaulted, lied about, prosecuted, jailed, and even killed for standing up for ourselves;
We are intentionally deprived of our right to raise our children in the Biblical principles we grew up with, as well as other family traditions;
We are intentionally indoctrinated through every source possible, music, movies, television, radio, newspapers, internet articles, websites and hundreds of other sources that audit and edit what we are allowed to see or hear;
We have watched our elected and unelected leaders work in tandem with groups who seek to tear us apart as a People and as a country;
We have watched those same leaders betray us, speaking one thing to get elected and do something else completely different when they get the Office;
We have watched these same leaders sell our land off to other countries, giving a foreign foothold on our lands;
We watch as our lands, homes, property, people, rights and more are given to corporations, mere figments of the imagination until their existence is written on a piece of paper; 
We have watched these same leaders steal our lands for projects we specifically, outright and loudly forbid or which are never proposed to the People for a vote;
We are seeing as there are highway improvement projects in the works and monies appropriated to upgrade roads ahead of a carbon processing facility We the People never gave permission for, nor were informed about, all the while there were back alley deals going on with the involved banks and other entities to get the money and permits slipped in behind the backs of the People expected to finance this through unknown and unreasonable tax hikes, all for the benefit of the current CEO of this foreign corporation known as the State of North Dakota;
Our weather is controlled by “seeding,” the full impacts of which were not completely explained to us, neither why it needed to be controlled (outside of what God intended) nor what benefit we would get from it, neither was the compensation to those responsible for this activity passed by We the People as a bill we agreed to pay;
We are told we can not hunt or fish on without buying a permit from the State;
We are deprived of our Right to engage in private business dealings;
We are deprived of our Right to private use of the roadways without an unnecessary voluntary (but mandatory) permit (license) and endless, unnecessary policing;

	Thus we have been returned to the utter despotism we sought to escape in Great Britain. 
	We, therefore, the Representatives of the Republic of North Dakota, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the World for the Rectitude of our Intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good of the People of these Counties, solemnly Publish and Declare, That these united Counties are, and of Right ought to be, FREE AND INDEPENDENT COUNTIES; that they are absolved from all Allegiance to the State of North Dakota, the U.S. Government, the Crown of London and the Vatican, and that all political Connection between them and the States above, is and out to be totally absolved; and that as FREE AND INDEPENDENT COUNTIES, we may contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and do all other Acts and Things which INDEPENDENT COUNTIES may of right do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm Reliance on the Protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.
